Multi-Brand Rigged Island Stand for Arconas at PTE World Project Overview

We worked with Arconas, North America’s leading manufacturer of airport and passenger terminal furniture, to design and build a shared 14m x 14m island stand at PTE World 2026 (Passenger Terminal Expo & Conference). The show took place at the ExCeL London and is the aviation industry’s leading global airport exhibition and conference, bringing together airlines, airports, aviation authorities, and industry suppliers from around the world.

The brief brought together four brands under one roof: Arconas, Auweko, Green Furniture Concept, and USM, each with a distinct product story to tell within a single space. Rather than dividing the stand into four separate, competing areas, we worked directly with Arconas’s team to develop a concept that gave every brand equal visibility, while still reading as one cohesive stand.

The centrepiece of the build was a massive rigged, double-sided fascia spanning the full width of the stand, suspended above the space on an internally lit truss structure. Branding for all four partner brands ran around the fascia, giving each one consistent visibility from every aisle, while the internal lighting rig below washed light down over the furniture displays. This kept the products themselves the visual focus rather than a heavily built structure. Three dedicated graphic walls, product displays, and a central reception counter completed the stand, each finished to highlight a different brand’s furniture within the shared footprint.

Bringing four brands together on one stand, each with its own identity, positioning and product range, was a genuinely technically challenging brief to balance. To achieve it, we worked closely with Arconas’s team and our creative director throughout the design process.

Booth Specifications

Location: ExCeL London, England

Stand Type: Island

Size: 196 m²

Client: Arconas

The Problem

  • Give four separate furniture brands equal visibility within a single, shared 14m x 14m island stand.
  • Avoid the stand reading as four competing, disconnected mini-stands within one footprint.
  • Provide enough lighting across a large open island stand to properly showcase furniture product displays from every angle.
  • Deliver a structure with strong visual presence and brand identity from all four open sides of the island.
  • Balance the design and branding needs of multiple partner brands and their individual product ranges, all within one coherent concept.
  • Deliver a stand capable of standing out at PTE World, one of the busiest and most competitive halls in the aviation trade show calendar.

The Solution

We designed a shared island stand built around one large, unifying structure rather than four separate builds.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • A massive rigged, double-sided fascia spanning the full width of the 14m stand, suspended above the space and branded for all four partner companies around its perimeter.
  • Internal lighting built into the rigged structure, washing light down over the furniture displays below to keep the product the visual focus of the stand.
  • Three dedicated graphic walls, each showcasing lifestyle and product imagery specific to a partner brand’s range.
  • A central reception counter and product displays positioned to give each brand its own moment within the shared space.
  • A layout, developed directly with Arconas’s team and our creative director, designed to balance four brand identities without any one dominating the space.

The Result

We delivered a stand that gave all four brands strong, equal visibility, and it became one of the busiest stands on the show floor.

Outcomes included:

  • All four partner brands (Arconas, Auweko, Green Furniture Concept and USM) achieved strong, consistent visibility across the stand.
  • The display was one of the busiest stands at PTE World 2026, with steady visitor traffic across the full three days.
  • A cohesive stand read as a single, confident presence rather than four competing displays.
  • Strong client feedback was received, including video testimonials captured directly with the client teams on-site.

The project reflected how thoughtful lighting, rigging, and layout can bring multiple brands together under one roof without diluting any single identity. We were proud to deliver this alongside Arconas’s team at one of the world’s leading airport industry events.
